Plot Summary:In this first episode, the uniformed officers are sent to "contain" the National Force, which has created pandemonium in the past. A man dies in custody because a doctor thought he was shamming. Holloway is hoping to tie a number of break ins together; a snout is arrested (Carver's first) and then released to continue providing info. A man walks in with an injured hand, accompanied by someone making a citizens arrest (fish hooks in the pocket produced the bleeding evidence of a pickpocket).
